1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on wj22, accessing the wj22 Casino lobby, placing any wager, or using any service offered through the wj22 platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the wj22 platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of wj22, including registered members, guests browsing the platform, and any individual who accesses any portion of the wj22 website. 2 Eligibility

To register and use the wj22 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of wj22, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the wj22 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by wj22 or any relevant regulatory authority.

wj22 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card, passport, or other acceptable identity documents. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within the timeframe specified by wj22 may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the wj22 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your wj22 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your wj22 login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify wj22 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your wj22 account, whether or not authorized by you.

wj22 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All members are required to complete identity verification before making withdrawals. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or other government-issued photo identification. wj22 may also request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

wj22 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or any violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

wj22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the wj22 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the wj22 deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your wj22 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• wj22 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All funds deposited into your wj22 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may not process withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take 1–3 business days.
• wj22 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wj22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your wj22 account as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) are specified in each promotion's terms.
• wj22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• Any attempt to abuse the wj22 bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions, or engaging in bonus arbitrage — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6 Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on the wj22 platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered upon. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All bets are final once confirmed. wj22 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game, wj22 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the players' accounts.
• wj22 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all virtual games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• wj22 reserves the right to void any wager that it reasonably believes was placed in error, in bad faith, or in violation of these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wj22 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the wj22 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or wager on wj22.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the wj22 platform.
• Using the wj22 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the wj22 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your wj22 account.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the wj22 platform or the experience of other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the wj22 platform — including but not limited to the wj22 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of wj22 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the wj22 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the wj22 platform without the prior written consent of wj22.

9 Privacy & Data

wj22 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the wj22 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wj22 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and wj22 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wj22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the wj22 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

wj22's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wj22 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

wj22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
